This has to be the worst advice I see repeatedly. The market gives few enough good trading opportunities, arbitrarily stopping trading is just ... foolish. Trade when the market allows you to trade within your parameters, don't trade when it does not.

 

The markets will be moving up for a few days. I wouldn't be short here on any kind of swing trade.
