So in short if it's limit-locked by 8:15, they will re-open it at 8:25 to better reflect an opening price? Edit: Pre-open, means they will allow people to place their trade orders I guess...? If it's locked @ 8:15, won't it still be locked at 8:25? Why the conditional tone "and still remains so"?
I think it means they will halt trading at 8:25 central, and for the 5 minutes leading up to the RTH open, you will be able to see the resting orders 5 ticks above and below the halted price. I guess.
Intraday measured move gives us exactly 895, my guess is that we see that today or tomorrow, and we will see whether it breaks above 920 level once big boys return in January. I'm bullish above 840.
Don't know The buying is so weak that they have to defend VWAP and 50%. That is usually not the case if it is ADU.
