  2. Just like what I found in the $TICK ... extreme buying on every up leg intraday.

  5. Buy side. Extreme buying at the tick level.

Adv/Decl issues is classified by comparison to previous day close, easy to manipulate.

  6. nq getting close to upside breakout, oil rallied off the lows,
should be able to break up and out of this mess soon.

  7. Can't resist such low VIX levels (relatively speaking)
    now at 44.7, down 5.10

Going to buy XLF spreads, not exactly neutral strangles
as one poster described it in my post at the options forums
    thinking of
    buy XLF JAN 13 put
    buy XLF JAN 15 call
    with XLF at about 12.90

want some protection for possible spike up -- JP Morgan tech guys says SPX can go to 1000 with Santa Claus rally. Yeah, right.
    But, you never know.

  9. When extreme buying showing up at the tick level, it implies stock traders are more aggressive at picking bottoms and seeing every setup with bullish view. :)

Is that healthy for a bullish run?

    Yes, if price goes higher.
No, if price stuck at the same or lower level.
