It's neither here nor there but, on balance, I'd say today's close can be regarded as bullish. Pullback/consolidation in uptrend.

Look at Friday's price action. You will see signifigant swing lows 55-58, that resulted in explosive upside price. Additionally there was very little relative momentum on the downside proceeding the test of this area and breaking the intraday low. There was additional price winds in this area going back several weeks. Lots of factors.
