ES broke the yearly lows a few minutes ago, lots of volume and activity for an AH session...

 

but be careful, a bit of a wedge on daily, we all know what that means in normal market conditions.

this has the makings of an orderly sell off. looks like the same trade setup as last week. the first trade will be a retracement buy. then a selloff to take out the overnight lows. overseas markets are getting crushed. we will not exscape the carnage.

 

2nd gap rule applies....

Futures gap closed before the open, cash gap has just closed now, rule rules!
