  1. Now I lost 39 total points. For illustrative purposes I will exhibit the mistakes in that trade. 1st, entering before 1 pm on a friday, op exp at that. 2nd, not waiting for additional key pivot or pa to confirm entry. Lastly not exiting on the initial pullback or on bullish pa.

Now, what I did right, limited entry to 1 position per entry. It's like raising small and losing a manageable hand into a full table and a good size overall pot as oppossed to having a great hand and going all in against an aggressive, inexperienced player.

That was a pretty good battle in the morning, but my plan won against the dragon failure and now we are nicely above the SMA line.

An explanation about how I use Bollinger bands. There was an ascending triangle on the 5 minutes chart until 12:30 and we were at the top of the BB (952 SPX) and sure enough it broke out upward. I thought the rally would stop on the 15 mins chart and the upper BB would catch it. Although it bounced back a bit (968), but otherwise went through the BB pretty easily. So I switched to the 1 hour chart. The upper BB line was around 985 and sure enough, finally this one caught the rally.

Now that we pulled back to the SMA on the hourly chart we are free to continue the rally...

I don't own Metastock but there is a website updated daily where I look it up to get a long term view. It gives excellent signals...

I don't know what Cs Scientific is.
