Although the SMA moved lower after the open (I didn't take that into account), the high for it was 1044, and right now it is hoovering slightly in the red, just below the SMA. The NDX is a completely different picture. It went already over the SMA yesterday and now pulled back to it, sitting there trying to decide which way to go...
This is NOT a bull market. ES is still trading well below the 200ma on all major timeframes. Market will collapse as soon as all the talking heads go away after the election.
