Cover $28.83. To each his own on stops, anyone using volatillity based stops? I mostly scalp so many times I don't have a hard stop. I am a lot more strict about stops when trading futures. A stalled computer can really kill you, even if you reboot it may take you 10 minutes; a lifetime when you are in max pain.
Here's my all-star newbie prediction. I don't think we'll retest the LOD. On the contrary, I think we'll churn between the HOD and 1426. I'll be holding on to mine up to 1436-ish, otherwise you know where my stop is. That's it for me. Have a nice thanksgiving yo. Now be nice and don't be gunning my stop.
Bought the DAX 11/22/07 9:00am PDT 7470 No Touch 10,000//15,860 Euro. Weakly hedged with spot at 7560. Neutral at 7588. Traded through ABN AMRO in the UK.
Stopped at 1430.25 for +2. Manipulation. Gotta loosen up. My target was 1425, and now it's going there without me.
Long from 1429.75. EDIT: On second thought, this look all wrong. Closed out at 1430.25 for +.50. Better safe than sorry. Flat.
Ahh, the old truism is always a good one to go by. But I think it was a bit premature. I still think we'll head up to at least 35-ish.
CNBC Headline: "Americans In A Foul Mood As Holidays Approach" Personally, I'm in more of a fowl mood. Haven't had a losing day this week (knock, knock) and yesterday was my personal best.
