  1. Have a great weekend!

(Back just long enough to take a peek at the action I missed. Guess it didn't head up to 1530 after all. Well, Monday's another day...)

  3. ES had a Head and Shoulders today.

Target is usually height from head to neckline. Once neckline had a confirmed break, the target is the very same height but from entry.

That is exactly where ES stopped in the afternoon to reverse the downtrend and continue a new uptrend channel.

    Have a great weekend all.

  8. Thought I would post some analysis on the canadian dollar. I dont trade tops very often... but when things are lining up like this it really puts the odds in your favour. Some of my best trades have come from trading tops... as most of you know I traded the feb07 and july07 tops through this journal. This would be a trade that falls into that category.

Looking for a move on the canadian dollar to one more high next week and then watching for weakness and a strong reversal to start accumulating a position short... I dont recommend shorting these type of markets without very STRICT risk management. However, this trade will be an absolute minimum of 1:10 risk reward but probably more in the 30 or 40's depending on price action.

i've been looking @ the exact same thing and agree. the problem i am having is identifying an entry point where i also have a stop that makes sense (ie: gives enough room not to be stopped out in noise without being too much of a hit). hoping for another blowoff to the 1.10 area. if such a move coincided with $100 oil, that may present an ideal entry. i'm not much of a forex trader, but, perhaps like you, the chart and sentiment is screaming for me to follow this closely.

i'll be very interested if you enter the trade- please keep us posted.
