  1. Wow! I am bowled over by your originality and profundity. Gosh, ever consider writing a movie script?

my experience is that when one gets so confident about a winning trade that he feels compelled to disperse his wisdom about what makes a good trader on a public board.... said trader needs an internal ego check to put the 'i'm a trading god' feeling back in the drawer b4 the market shows him who is really boss.

    congrats on the trade.

  5. Not original, yes, but he IS right. Averaging up was meant for days like this, but I'd bet that more traders averaged DOWN today than up.

With that kind of behavior, they won't be traders for long.

Oh no here we go. I am boss, you are the boss! You know why?

Because you control the risk and position sizing! Don't mistaken confidence with ego. You are not the boss when you don't know how to be the boss of your capital.

The market will rarely hurt you if you do not let it.

  10. ....i personally and financially guarantee everyone here that the market will be either above or below where it is now ... by tomorrow's open....
... guaranteed..... above, below, or unchanged.....
.... if not .... ES contracts on me for everyone
.... edit... i am curious as to why everyone's targets are so high....
1385 would be a great place to start a bull run
