  1. trading is a framework of expectations, whether you succeed or not is based on how you react to your expectations coming to. Its really not the expectations themselves.

    My point was, the market was not going to go to 1480 by close cause it was "expected" :)

    Yeah, good weather was expected for the weekend and we are planning like that, but right now it is overcast and rainy.

    I thought your 1480 was a typo. You could have expected 1470 easily, but 1480 was what, 6 sigma?

    Longer term I agree, we should go higher after today's consolidation, so 1480 could be in the cards TOMORROW...

    I remain bearish on the market, it's unable to clear upper channel line, so far at least. ImE the more failure swings it is more realistic to expect it lead to a re-test of current lows (in this case). Just an opinion, still short 3rd lot (DAX).
