Don't you think closing gaps is a given since prices don't normally go one way forever? So basically, saying a gap will be closed without saying the duration is saying that it will eventually rain? I wonder if there's ever a point from the history of trading that a gap hasn't been closed?

This market is super resilient today????? Wall Mart is downgraded to sell yet the markets keep going up. Where is the logic?
I think it's like a battle ground at the moment, if longer term charts print lower prices world markets can go into major sell mode, so bulls are trying to hold ground, ImO.
