Do you mean a downmove that lasts 60 minutes or are you referring to a 60 minute chart?

 

there was a nice decline in the VIX during the most recent ascent of ES prices. This is the Thursday before expiration, maybe everyone's been wiped , but a move in the VIX below 32.77 should coincide with a rocket shot higher.IMHO

 

I mentioned I bought tbills 2 days ago. Probably up $100 on my "position" but will hold to maturity. Many basis points are few dollars on less than $1mm.

 

We are up 10 pts since.....
