Exactly right. I found this poll quite definitive. No matter what your cultural or religious views are, 90% of Americans don't want to fund wars. I imagine since this is from a US representative, the stats should be somewhat balanced and cover all demographics. I think that even if you for some reason hate some group of people or culture, you still don't want to spend a shit ton of your tax dollars on bombing them. This is fairly clear to me. I would even go so far as to say that even if you hate someone, just leave them alone. To put your country into a shitty financial position just so you can bomb them is a horrible strategy on many fronts. (Sorry for the political discussion in this thread)
Doubt it is even close to representing U.S. population overall. It represents those who are familiar with, and more likely to be agreeable to, whatever that (R) Congressman proposes. Anyway back to trading.
