it is all contingent on the spending bills. if not passed, uncertainty remains. if passed, market will look at other hurdles to reason. 50/50 bet. waterfall is not very likely imo, doesn’t matter what is in the bill. kick the can down the road as always. i expect a “small” rally when the bill passes, nothing exciting.
Waited for break and failed bounce and shorted very aggressive today . Won’t cover for a few days min . Let’s see if we can build heavy momentum here .
