  1. 100 % what @Picaso just said.

I don't mind the 'censorship' as it's nothing other than B1S2 saying "Move your post." If it were to become a problem, though, I agree on moving elsewhere.

Disagree, I like to keep it on trading only ... in this topic.

Even if (.........) affects it all.

They can be referred to without the invective. Lord knows I throw it all out there on those other topics. That is what they are for. This isn't IMO.

  5. There are times when good news is good bringing the market up and bad news is bad bringing the market down.

There are other times when good news or bad news is bad bringing the market down.

We may be in the later time as of now.

May have to wait for times like earlier this year when good news or bad news is good bringing the market up to get bullish again.

    Yes, interesting.

  6. It’s getting impossible to keep the two separate. No disrespect to Buy1.

  7. Chris how did the prospecting go yesterday? My friend started the mortgage business in late 2007, talk about impeccable timing.

  8. Horrible.

I've been in the business since 2002. This is the worst that I've experienced, production wise. Loan amounts being as big as they are now eases some of the pain, though. I average about 2% of each loan amount in commission.

  9. Sorry, do you think Pulte will help unlock the market?

  10. I personally don't.

It's going to take a combination of lower mortgage rates and lower home prices to truly unlock it.
