Well tbh, that close today didn't bode well for the short case. That said, sharp up-spikes are certainly par for the course and to be expected in a down-trend. One can never lose sight of the fact that the super-whales, armed with unlimited funds and algos that know all at any given instant about everything, can control both the direction and degree of movement of the S&P and Nasdaq 100 (using only 7 or so stocks) at any time their algos see an opportunity presented by an unbalanced game-board. The last hour today was a perfect example of that. Do I think we'll see 4280 before Friday? I do, but I'll have to look at things tonight also. It's not an easy game. One must constantly re-evaluate. Hope that helps... but it probably didn't lol. If I had my way.... you'd all get rich.
Can you comment more on this? What are you looking at? Do you mean you just need to sit down and look at the charts or you want to see the overnight action after the strong close today?
