Maybe 3980--but it really depends on how long the flag continues without a breakout to the upside.

 

I would adjust it slightly lower to 3935 on the SPX (which would be about 3950 on ES).

Stalling a bit here at the week low. Once (if) that breaks, I don't see why we won't see at least 4050 or even low 4000 today.
