This thing is practically always up. Even with Monday and Tuesday was such a soft, slow motion pullback. Then it makes the V and rockets higher. Would take a complete miracle to ever see QQQ below 500 again. Hard to imagine any downside. This thing is really always going up.
Normally I prefer to buy dips, but today I'm inclined to buy a breakout about 6084-5 If NVDA gets green
FWIW, a trader won't be able to make consistent profits if he can't figure out when, how and why algos driving PA up or down. Nobody, especially retail traders like us, can catch 100% of what algos doing. If one can figure out about 50% of what they do, he can make 6 to 7 figures of annual income easily. Everyone keeps talking about timing, but nobody is addressing this issue which is essential to profitable trading. There were times I almost wanted to disclose some of my strategies here, but when I think of all those sacrifice I suffer to get where I'm, I hold back. =============== Here is my equity curve for the last few days of this mix account. It keeps making ATH if I stay discipline & trading NQ only. As this account is growing larger, it gets harder to spiking up fast unless I'm certain it's a big day where I can leverage in heavily.
NQ is flatlining and I've been sitting here with my clicker finger up my ... well, just you never mind where it is. This is a very tight trading range for NQ to put in this far into the opening range of the NYSE. Once it breaks, should get a nice move. I'm wondering if the market is somewhat paralyzed into waiting for the bond auction at noon central today? Starting to break as I type. Is it going to gain momentum or is this just a chance to buy low and sell high from a somewhat lower low? When in doubt ...
I was told this market only knows one direction and is unstoppable. I want my money back. Pivotal level here on ES/NQ. If this isn't bid - it looks like Tuesday's Close coming up. 6047.75.
Just stopped out of a late short and reversed long. 72.50. (stopped out short at 72). Won't give it much room. Seems like that was a dirty overshoot which was bid.
Where is "I want to talk to your manager"-Karen when you need her? Well, it's not like we're tanking... What has tanked indeed is volatility
