Around 10% outside days on spx, just like the inside days

  4. I feel pretty certain we'll get that 35 touch before the Close.

Question is if that's sold or we'll get a stupid squeeze to 50/60. It's possible...

  5. Aloha @Zwaen andd @Laissez Faire ,
When you talk about 10% of days being inside and 10% being outside days, are you talking about the RTH range (9:30-16:15) or 24 hour days?
    mahalo!

    Worth a mention...
ES Monthly hangs onto one TICK from being outside.

Edit: I lied... it's two TICKS from outside.

  7. SPX only "trades" 09:30-16:00 to my knowledge, so that's what I use. My data is for ES, but I would assume it's the same (or close enough) on SPX.

  8. Booyah! I was not wrong. :) Let's see if the squeeze comes now.

Overall, this day already delivered and then some.

  9. On the subject of day types which I've spoken about here before and mentioned briefly in another thread, today is a fairly rare day, though.

I count only one similar occurence this year.

    19th of March 24

In 2023 there was only 3 in total. 2 of them sold off hard back in range, so in fact only one day similar to today in the entire year of 2023.
