The easy money was on the Open. It's more uncertain from here, IMHO.

 

Back to your question few days ago here, this clearly shows NQ offering more meats than ES most of the time if you're a momentum trader.

 

The pattern generated ~9:30am to 10am US eastern time happens very often. I've seen at least a hundred time from my trading system. Once you figure it out, you'll see it happens 2 to 3 times a week for both long and short.

Edit: there is another way to identify this pattern without sharing my trading system. I'll show it here on a good wills one day.

3rd leg is over with little momentum...

The 4th leg usually takes longer than an hour to form the pattern. This leg tends to be equal to or bigger than the first leg. We'll see.
