I'm one of those who will never sell, never refinance until my current mortgage is paid off. I refinanced into a 15 year fixed a few years ago at 2.48%. I'm good with that.
I was expecting more movement during/after the press conference, tbh... Edit: particularly in the bonds and the notes ???
Stopped out at breakeven on this one, too, but got back in at 5735.25. Stop is at breakeven. Holding for a swing.
