VWAP sold there at 63. Not loving this push, but that's how it is during heightened volatility. Getting ready to scratch this if this swing high doesn't hold. For adding - this is where my next 5 should have been. Not at 35. LOL.
@Laissez Faire and @theapprentice, fwiw (maybe 0.02 ), my rules for adding are: 1) Never, ever, pinkie swear, no, no, no, add to a losing position 2) Only add to winners in the first 25% of the expected move, preferably after a small correction 3) After the 25% threshold, I can still open new positions in the direction of the winning trade, but I treat them as independent trades (with their own stop, etc.) This helped me a lot in order not to kick myself out of good trades when adjusting the stop for the whole position. Now I just need to grow some balls and put on bigger positions from the start
If we do go lower - the swing high should be close here. I may regret this, but moving stop to 70. Let's pray we have a lot of late breakout longs trapped here.
NQ VWAP sell. Getting ready to kill this if the tide doesn't turn soon. I figure this was just a gross overshoot and pullback, but WTF do I know. It's pushing higher for now.
Flat at 70 for an 11 point loss on 10 micros. Trade went 50 points in my favor. Main mistake was adding in a poor location + not securing at least some. Or maybe just not having brass balls enough to just hold it with a large stop. Nothing changes in my thesis. Looks like that was just a stop run.
Re-shorted 66. I think I'll prefer to stop posting trades as it's a bit distracting and probably influence how I manage them (both good and bad). Headed out for some sun. Let's see if this one 'lucks out'.
There's just no way we don't touch yesterday's close by now. Prove me wrong. And if that doesn't hold - I don't see why we can't see a dip below 5150.
