Agree, will flatten out until the rate and NFP numbers are in, no risk exposure to the downside. All 3 indices' are too hot, waiting for the next dip.
Guess I'm for the path of probabilities and least resistance. Didn't say it wasn't going to work for the record - but "why not?" doesn't really tell me anything
If it wasn't Friday I may consider fading, but honestly this is good scenario for further short squeeze. Not really interested in trying to short this, I guess for scalp or short term could work even than, days like this I avoid shorts. We we're in a position yesterday to completely tank in the market and we didn't and lots people were looking down. The up move could be more expansive than people think.
Some play continuation, others play reversals, you never know who will win, as long as r:r is appropriate and you see other traders potentially joining in, then it becomes a why not moment
You're right - you don't know who will win. But the math will tell you which has a better chance. I prefer to have statistics / probabilities on my side. After all - this is a game of math apart from the psych.
