Next week could be a biggie to the downside. I suppose it's all contigent on the FOMC come Wednesday. 3900 have been a good supply zone, but it broke by end of last week. I'm mainly looking to see if we can have a test and rejection of that zone or trade back above that level. If 3900 fails and we have a down week next week, too, I don't see why we can't visit the June lows by end of next week. Open gaps below: 3790; 3674. Just my humble 2D-analysis. No 4D here.
And that's assuming we even get a test of that 3900 level. The last 2 times we printed a similar structure as that of Friday - the market tanked the following Monday. But let's not get ahead of ourselves and see where we open first.
Last Sunday gaped up, retraced a bit and then popped. We will be opening right after some short covering Friday afternoon, so I'm leaning bullish into tonight's open. Hopefully we see some continued covering going through to Wednesday, as there's a lot of congestion in the 3900 area. Pull up a weekly. I dont think we will push too easily through it to the downside
The ES closed just above support @ 3886 We could potentially see a rally from here. Looks bullish on the 4hrs, Let's see if we can close above 3905
BTC has been shadowing the equity market recently, so this would be a good baseline IMO (maybe??) Edit: And sure enough, the best bid/offer is dropping on the ladder from 3893 to 3890... and now 3888.
A divergence on 240 min, I see price falling towards the support line and a powerful short squeeze towards 4k or whatever else you wanna call it
I wanted to short 70 before heading to work, but didn't like the R/R not being around to manage the position. And now we're close to 50. If I can get on a good short entry in today's RTH session and I like what I see, I may try to hold until end of week with a B/E stop. I think we can have a real biggie to the downside this week. All contigent on Wednesday of course.
In a prior life, Friday's price action would have probably sucked me in because of how the market closed. My weekly charts still pointing down for now.
