Today was a successful BO of last week's range and a consolidation day. I suppose tomorrow's news will set the direction for the rest of the week. If those numbers are good it's not unlikely that we put in the week low already today. That open gap above at 4230 looks juicy by end of week. Let's see where we open tomorrow.
According to survey and article on CNBC.com, Investors overwhelmingly believe the S&P has not yet bottomed. More fuel for the stock market.
Do I interpret it correctly that your view is that the S&P bottomed out for now and this is not another bear market rally? Seems to be some goods news coming out lately. Who knows...
I guess I haven't been clear enough in my posts! But maybe I was a little more clear in another thread ("Get Long Now"). Yes -- I believe this is a bull phase. Risk on!
Oh, you were clear about being bullish. I've been bullish too, short term since last Wednesday. I've no idea if this will last, though. Personally, I still find that there's too much weighing down on the market to believe that this rally will continue, but I don't know and it won't influence my short term trading one bit. What wasn't clear is if you believe we will now go back to ATHs or at least keep running for a good while.
