I am long in vxm sep 21. Vix futures appears to be moving in tandem with es. Looks like this up trend will wind down soon.

i didn't sell ES at 4400, holding a little longer to 4430, but I went short on NQ too early, now I am in a hole, will carry and wait for the drop.
