Also, I don't know how ES correlates to R2k, if at all, but Russell looks quite weak to me, H&S can be seen on the daily chart

which one? Russell I posted couple days ago. Flat top in ES can be seen today, it keeps bouncing off 4126

 

Based on what I see, on the long side we maybe maxed at the 4220-30 area, but if we get any downside surprises, this will open the door to higher levels,

 

ES chart if you could. My daily ES chart, at least the way I interpret it, just shows continuation up. I'm not able to see the H and S.

 

H&S is in Russell. Flat top just today in ES.
