NQ which level of the cash close do you usually pay more attention to, the 4pm ET close or the 4:15pm ET level?

I noticed the other day you said "the close as off 4pm ET", but sometimes you also use the 4:15pm close.

Are they both important?

NQ up 25 points low to high, ES held its ground at 2899 like a boss .. easy trades are longs until they're not.
