I would never made claims that I've a magic crystal ball, 100% winning rate setup or I'm a TraderGod because I know there is not such sure thing in trading business. What I've been witnessing myself these years is that as soon as I cut lost when entry rules are violated, it only takes one to three next trades to make it back and continue to accumulate profits from there. That's why I keep emphasizing probability and statistics in trading is the key to distinguish between a good trader vs. a gambler. Again, it's your choice if newbies take those words seriously or not because it's not my business to advise anyone. I'm being nice on here because I learned few great things on ET for the past few years and that I want to make some small contributions to this community, but bear with me because English is my 4th language to learn.
Nothing much has changed really, even when the thread was more active people weren't really giving timely calls, would post after the fact or give such a wide birth on the stop, it didn't really mean anything. But it's also inherently more difficult to post trades on a message board, as opposed to via voice, so you can't really blame people. I am pretty fast at clicking and typing and it was difficult to effectively post my entries, exits and stops on trades last week. I did the best I could but often, in this market things changed so quickly, it's just not really effective to post. I still wouldn't mind people making more general calls, but they are too scared, hesitant, or whatever reason to even do that. But it's people decisions to post here or not, so in the end just is what it is.
Time stops can be a better option for some traders, depending on the types of analysis / signals they use. Sometimes I am fairly confident that the price will close higher or lower than the prior day but have no idea of the path that it will take to get there. In fact, on days when I have a strong daily signal which suggests a highly probable move for the next day, I often will get in at the end of the current day and then don't check the market until mid afternoon the next day. At a certain level, you have to trust your analysis and let the trades play out -- I have micromanaged way too many trades in the past.
I've virtually had no support from the ET mob and I give two fucks. But I'll say this empatically, this is what you guys don't get! (Due to stigma on being associated with being a loser) ALL TRADERS ARE LOSERS!!! You are a loser because you need to take losses!!! A GOOD TRADER IS A GOOD GAMBLER!!! But no, you fuckers will never acknowledge the word GAMBLER because you are too far up your high horses.
WTF is wrong with you??? You ALWAYS seem to have problems with day traders FOR YEARS ON ET because you can NEVER become one of them??? Oh I remember years ago you stuck your tail between your legs and ran away for few days when a good trader like NQurious furiously called you out when he created a specific thread only for you. Recall it now? O the mickey can't fight at all LMAO!!!! JUST LEAVE DAY TRADERS ALONE SINCE YOU CAN'T TRADE. PERIOD.
@ Mickey: I've been reading on ET longer than a decade way before you were on here posting. I've seen you bullying few newbie traders on B1S2's threads, but you don't have any gut to challenge big guys at all. I dare you to say "ALL TRADERS ARE LOSERS!!!" on Destriero's threads and see what he'll do to you. Hint: check Avenger's pic below.
Mickey, I like you although I'm not sure why but I'll let you in on something. NQ has not been on ET for months...trust me I know. I don't want you tripping over your dick.
