He's the Dictator. He thinks he can do whatever he wants. He starts to behave like a Russian politician.
Other thread they were arguing about transaction tax possibility. Today I made 8 points on 9 trades.m (half being on overnight session) That’s $1600 on my usual size of 4 contracts. $144 commission with transaction cost of $3.35 each side Each contract, that’s around an extra $240 of tax. That’s 15% of my profits. Many days I end at +5 points, which is 25% of profits for the day. I would be throwing away my current strat that I’ve worked so hard to make work
People were having a laugh at this one, but it seems like you were mostly correct. Depending on exactly how an attempt is counted of course. All Time High. Done. There does not seem to be any guts left in this market, though. Nasdaq keeps printing new all time highs like it's nothing, but S&P is not really participating. Just a slow drift higher on the lowest volatility in ages...
FOMC minutes coming up in 40 minutes. Let's see if that can give this market a much needed kick. 3400. The chance of a new low today is < 25 % from my point of view, but you never know for sure.
So do 99% of the rest of the politician's "serving the best interests of the American people". What's your point?
Buy the rumor, sell the news? Except for yesterday's huge BTFD reversal off the lows - this market have been anemic lately. 13,75 points off the ATH gives a great R/R for a short swing trade, but I'll take a pass.
for you market profile guys, can you tell me the vah val and poc for todays RTH session at the moment?
thanks and 82.5ish for val? (me and some friends are trying to get our numbers aligned. We all have different figures by quite some way for some reason)
Had to change some settings to get VAL/VAH as I don't use them, but here ya go... VAL = 3382.5 VAH = 3393.25
