  1. Well, thanks.

The entry was good. The exit is where I get paid. I had 2 x 10 + point profit trades go back to a few points profit yesterday. The same thing can still happen here.

I'm holding it for a few points in profit now. Maybe I'm being to greedy and should rather have taken an exit here, but I genuinely believe we have a good chance at 3390 or more today.

  2. Economic numbers coming out in a few. I'll play it like this.

5 points locked in with a stop below yesterday's Low. If stopped out - may re-enter again on buy signals.

Bullish sentiment is still very strong here.

  3. nice trade. One of the things that stepped my trading up to the next level years ago, was catching those falling knives. You’re early to the party instead of late. Of course, timing and money management play a crucial role as always. You don’t blindly jump in trying to catch a reversal. You stalk a previous area and wait for price to get there.

  4. Thanks. As long as you have a basis for believing a reversal is due at a certain level - I think it can work great.

On that subject - I used to be terrified of picking bottoms or going long near one. When I started out I was a chronic short trader.

These days it's the other way around. I'm much more anxious to short the markets - although there's plenty of decent short moves even on a bull day these days.

Guess the FED's been f''king with me too. :)

  5. Looks like they're coming for me.

3357 needs to hold. A drop below there and we might see 3328 today - yes?

  6. Inside Days are generally rare.

2 Inside Days in a row are far more rare. About 4 % odds of that.

So - yesterday's High or Low?

    Place your bets. :)

  7. Putting my stop @ 58 now. No reason to give back more than I already did.

    EDIT: Make that 59.

    Spooz Top 2

Got the anticipated move to 50... but took the overnight to get there... sweet move from from swing hi at 80 to the 15 min TL... some of the best moves come on the Globex session....
Friday has a bullish PM session from 2:30 on according to my notes... lets see what happens here today...

  10. The High/Low is contained by the prior day's High/Low.

    RTH Values (09:30-16:00).

Most days ain't Inside Days. And most ain't Outside Days.

There's an edge right there. :)
