With all due respect, my Good Sir, you seem to be making the fundamental mistake that fundamentals matter.

NQ moving wildly.

 

Could be----but it also can be argued that there is no gap as the area was traded Monday.

 

This is what I look at as a gap. Happened April 8 just a little bit after the Izzy Bottom which is visible as well.
