Just an interesting juxtoposition of the two postings. I wasn't at all meaning to slight one or the other. We all take our licks.
Its a good stock, I hope it tanks on earnings tonight. I told several people I know personally to buy that thing when it was around $20 with all the cash they could muster. One cat went in with like $50K and bailed out around $18. It got as low as $16 and I felt horrible. I mean we didn't know what was gonna happen. He made a bunch of it back on the way up though. But jumped out again near $25. I told him to hold on but he wanted out. It'll be fun to watch tomorrow.
Quick reminder--all the market is doing is getting back to normal levels. The market was not systemically weak at the time of the CCP virus downturn. The reason we'll see new highs is two-fold. 1.) The market was and is strong-----2.)Gummint pumped new money into the system and this will necessarily increase the velocity of money and result in even higher issue prices.
Strong disagree. Markets have been systemically weak since '07 - '09. We are where we are because of 2). So obvious a caveman can see it.
"Systemically". Please don't take what I said out of context. Endless supply of Fed liquidity will do that for you. Works until it doesn't - and if you don't understand that this whole charade doesn't end well there's not much I can do for ya. In the meantime - ride the helicopter money to the moon until its over. You'd be a fool to fight it.
This 3100 area is the real resistance place that we need to get through and develop a floor at. The move higher here may take some time as the initial movements have been tepid.
