In this world, you must recognize yourself. Seldom, will other people do it----rather, they would prefer to pile on and bring you down.
Not the case here. Plenty of people on this forum get congratulated both on good calls and good trades. Some acknowledge when they were mistaken (nobody can be right 100%) and usually people encourage them to get back on their feet, not make fun of them. But nobody likes someone who only congratulates himself 100% of the time and never acknowledges losing trades or bad calls.
I post losing and winning trades and am very transparent in that regard. In effect, I call myself out whether right or wrong. It is naive though to think that the majority of others are wishing for your success. For it that were true, politicians and McDonalds would never have to prop themselves up.
It dropped 35-40 pts after your call, then made a comeback overnight, and now we're about 10-15 pts above the level of your initial call and hovering... really good call... huh??
