I really thought my financials were gonna run given today's PA, but nope! Opened up and been stagnant or drifting low. I'm out.

I noticed that a few hrs ago. Something going on at Wfc. Its very weak and and every rally to $30 the last few weeks has been sold . Might be a long tern hold in the teens .

I'm thinking maybe this uptrend has maybe ended (at least for now)
    so flipped short (77)
Done it in the swing/spreadbet account (smaller size) though as don't love the entry. Maybe a slightly longer hold. See if I get lucky and it makes a decent move

The whole space lagged yesterday and I liked them as play for us to run to 2880 (Posted this yesterday), but they are lagging further today again which doesn't bode well. You would think if the whole market was committed to move higher, banks will participate.

WFC has been the laggard in the bunch I held, but I already cut bait and ran. It also got downgraded yesterday, but I'm feeling the whole bunch might get cheaper soon.

It feels as if there's no more shorts left, which usually indicates the top. I'm with @NQurious that we hit the top at 85.

Apprentice what happened to the shorts you had yesterday at 2820 or so? You holding on?
