Run and walk in park, tai chi and wing chun in and out, pushups, planks, crunches, bridges, isometrics
I joined a gym like a week before they locked down the country and I've put on like 5 kg / 11 pound, since this crap started... Vegetables go bad quickly, so I'm stuck at home with tons of chocolate cookies... and alcohol... thank goodness no guns and I live on a third floor
200 push-ups + 50 chins every other day. Running every other day. But yes - I miss watching birds at the gym.
