Markets doing exactly what they need to do. Stage some furious buying binges to suck in as much money as humanly possible before the next wave takes us MUCH lower. Bear markets always end with the the most popular stocks that everyone loves being almost untouched. Netflix and Amazon deserve to keep sporting PE's of over 80 ... YEAH, right!!!!
We are right at the decision point here though. We must get through this area to have more extended legs. I believe we will, but of course don't know exactly when.
Currently enjoying better how to nickel and dime the market..needing to learn how a lot of littles add up..better discovering my psychology....I become too listless waiting for the right or perfect set up if this makes sense..guess I have shorter attention span.. edit - current only 2-4 trades/day..wanting to work in a couple more..you know, the balance between waiting and action.
Your correct 2008 was like that. This is a once in lifetime black swan. People have been drinking wine and taking in debt for 30 plus yrs .Somebody on the other end of all that debt destruction will be hurt .This will be like the great depression were the kids of today will never forget it . If the US is allowed to keep printing the $ will be shredded at some pt causing mass inflation with depression like demand .Let me say i'm talking about economics. Who knows the mkt could rise even if were in a depression like environment with so much paper printing, This experiment the Fed has done is all uncharted territory . Is it a Frankenstein?
Everything is possible. Now look at the news: 10,000 dead in the US, tens of millions without a job... and we're up 5% The rich will get richer, the poorer will get poorer and the 1% will keep selling kool-aid to 90% of the people. Only government worker/official fired in the whole coronavirus fiasco? The Navy captain that put his crew before his career. And on and on...
