Higher highs are likely.
2230 -> 2206 -> 2298 -> 2298 -> 2206 ? -> 2230 ? -> 2260 ?

 

That's because you can only go up.

 

We can be limit down @ 2174 until 8 am CT also
But yeah if there was no limit we wouldn't be talking about higher high.
