It's tough sledding with long outright calls with VIX at 32 (and presumably getting crushed) if ES were to rally to 3700+. Need a spread of some sort.

  2. I feel pretty confident we're looking at an Inside Day today. In fact - it's not even unlikely we have the HOD/LOD set for this session.

Range expansion either way seems like a cointoss at this point, but if someone held a knife against my throat, I'd favour another push down, but certainly limited to 3000 for today.

I’m scalped 5-10 pts 7 times today .Charts mean zip now . It’s all in the news which none of us can predict .

Unlikely that HOD/LOD is in today.

  5. You did very well.

Disagree with the latter comment though. Following that logic - the market won't move without news.

Markets still trade fairly technically. That's not to say it's easy in real time while risking real money in these fast markets.

  6. Why is it unlikely?

Top or bottom is not in...can be either, but I am leaning to the top.

  8. Could be, but you didn't say why it's unlikely.

I have statistical data - which tells me there's a decent chance both are set for the day. But it's a mixed picture, hence why I said it was a cointoss either way. :)

In normal times it will move at certain levels . What i'm saying is prices can take out certain levels now and news hits and we sky or tank. This is a total corona virus news driven mkt
