I had a couple but I don't feel comfortable in very fast markets, which is why I don't trade immediately after a FED announcement.
...and as a signals hitter, I require a modest stop loss relative to target, which can be difficult in a fast market.
I tend to stay on the sidelines myself on such action. I find it a bit too random and noisy (maybe to someone else it ain't). Down 10. Up 10 just as fast.
The 3276 support you made earlier was the call. I had the same line drawn as it was a previous closing price and those are usually support in these "stairstep" type formations. Thing is you have to monitor the markets 24/6 to catch the better entries. I prefer the ES futs options over outrights (for a variety of reasons), but trading this stuff in recent times during RTH has just been biding time for the real action in the overnight markets.
Main scenario for today is a repeat of yesterday. I'm thinking new ATHs (got them as I was typing this), but a sell down later in the session. Should be seeing 3300 today. Did not enter long earlier, so currently staying flat and watching.
