ES dropped after hours by 6 points pretty quickly. Was it AMZN's earnings report or something else ?

 

Yeah probably.
Intel did did well though.
I would say more mixed signals, but AMZN's revenue was still solid. We should bounce back up.

Trends, retracements, and reversals, all have a beginning, a middle, and an end.
Unfortunately, confusion in identification of trend, retracement, or reversal occurs very often.

So Trump got his way, FOMC cut rates. Now that is not enough Trump wants negative interest rates.

 

Was there an announcement or what ?
