"4/5 dentisti prefer their patients chew sugarless gum for patients who chew gum." 100% of dentists prefer their patients not to chew gum of any sort.
That is actually not true. I was told by a dentist to chew gum, it strengthens your jaw, removes plaque and other food left overs, helps with your breath, etc. You don't have to use the sugary kind.
Sorry for the public health announcement (offtopic interruption)" "Is Chewing Gum Good for Your Teeth? The answer is yes, if it is the right kind. Chewing gum can help prevent tooth decay, as long as you choose a sugarless gum. Chewing gum causes your mouth to produce more saliva, which helps neutralize and rinse away some of the acid that forms in your mouth when you break down food." https://oralb.com/en-us/oral-health/effects-chewing-gum-on-teeth So YOU fire your dentist.
Hey Mr. Strawman, debate is over... (but I can bury you with research if you wish so ) in a separate thread. By the way your "argument" applies to YOUR dentist too!
