The market not selling off here one day prior to an election is very telling in my view. There is strength in the near term. Truth be told no matter what the outcome of the election, it would be hard to imagine that markets would be rolled. Even if Dems took both houses, which they won't, Trump would still check them with a veto.
Let's wait and see. There have been many late day sell-offs recently. Currently a slower market than recently. Might be consolidating today.
By the way - that wasn't an anticipation or prediction of a sell-off. Just saying that although it's not currently moving down, it can happen later today.
Not sure what the ES equivalent would be, but be careful shorting this. More range expansion to the upside is likely.
