ES Journal - 2017/2018

So ended up profitable for the day. Sometimes I think its better to trade weakness then pick tops.

 

I would like to be short again on ES, but can't force my self to take a trade since I don't want to turn a winning day on Friday into a losing day with 2 days off and not being able to trade.

Not jumping in front of this until price action dictates but expecting a trade under 2860 this week.

Congrats to the longs. Staying away from this market for now, as I tend to trade tops and bottoms reversals. Focusing on CL.

You are right, but I need a top to be put in first and then Ill happily short a test of it. Not trying to step in front of a moving train here. Unfortunately my method doesn't really have a plan for uncharted territory (new highs with nothing to reference left of us).
