    We have a nice pullback today in a longer term uptrend. I am looking to buy right now. I think that there would need t be more evidence of downturn for me to begin thinking short.

  6. Just make sure not to short the bottom! The probs are low you will be able to achieve that feat, but it is possible you will not miss shorting that bottom.

    I thought you could give us a signal in technical terms instead of general hubris. I think we will fill the gap in 3-4 days at 2740.

    Hi B1,

    My mentor didn't use indicators -- just price action and volume on different time frames and how they relate. I like the simplicity and speed of the raw elements.

    If we're going up/down into R or S, I perk up and zoom in on what is happening in that critical area and see if an entry forms consistent my plan of long or short.

    Knock on wood, my entries often quickly go positive, rather then take me out :)
