Trend looking strong.

After 2 months of virtually no growth (ES was at ~1840 Dec 31 2013, and is now only 15pt higher) I guess there's some catching up to do. Looking forward to a new year of good returns.

 

qqq at 90.73. My "fade the stupids" model is telling me to trade on the short side.

I joked on twitter that everytime @marketwatch threw up a 1929 comparison chart. (which they did like 7 times in a week) I should have bot a unit.

If you want to fade me, I'd start shorting now since I'm out of my short.

Pattern could still play out if today is blow off.

Indeed the stupids were headfaked between 73 and 78, before the hammer hit them and sent it down to 64.
