I think they should humor me with a double bottom at 13.50 ish and rip it back up

They tend to be less stressful when u just close your eyes after placing the trade

What do you think they're buying? Mostly Ts? Not.

They're buying MBS (and to a lesser extent, treasuries). And the MBS are being bot by the Fed at prices that would never trade in a competitive mkt.
