Margin buying including retail at all time highs. High flying stocks diconnected from fundamentals. Fed keeps adding 85 bil / month. Multiple stocks at all time highs. Absolutely zero fear in the market. However still have yet to see a blowoff top with volume. I keep thinking about what buffet says. When others are fearful be greedy. When others are greedy be fearful.
Non financial companies have 13.1 tril of debt on their balance sheets versus 1.8 tril of cash. Not sure of the average terms or interest rate of that debt but it is debt. No wonder fed can't take their foot ofd the pedal. If they did the slow growth we currently have would turn into no growth which would quickly unwind high yield corp debt and lock the market. And guess who is not around to back stop it this time cause they r already blowing their wad. Scary times if u ask me.

Agree. Just scares the crap out of me to see it unfold and everyone including institutions making the same mistakes over and over. And guess who gefs burned in the end. The general public thinking their savings and investments are ok vause this time is different. Dont care what anyone says. History repeats. This time is absolutely no different.
