the mobo advanced by david elliot is in your study package, this guy was on here at nite from 7-8 teaching how to use it,he gained a lot of followers, genius probably, was battling cancer and didn't make it,great guy, bring him up in the swim lesson chat room and maybe someone will let you know more about it,he was trading on ticks live all day on tos,so you will have to adjust it to your timeframe
Not really. Just a combination of luck and an educated guess. On day's like yesterday, you can be fairly sure that the high of day is in. Using that as a point of projection, you can use simple volatility analysis to gauge where it's most probable that we'll bottom out, based on recent and expected volatility and nearby technical targets.
thanks ammo...swim lesson was where I heard Jeff B demonstrating it and I thought it was a pretty interesting indicator. also interesting he was using tick charts.(not Jeff..the guy your talking abt). what I've used pretty successfully in the 1600 along with slow stoch..perhaps I'll throw that study on my normal chart.
Long large size in TF for test of 1080 today. Partial at 73 and then if 80 touched rest held for 1100 next week. I took three small losers to get it on but positive P/L now. If entry retouched then exit and reconsider. Low probability, high payoff ratio opportunity. Watching XRT and BKX for confirmation.
